Welcomemat Services, a company that provides information to local businesses seeking to reach new residents with direct-mail packets, recently released a report revealing that the Ballantyne, specifically the 28277 area, had 594 move-ins from May 4 to May 31. Charlotte’s University Area ranked 6th in the country.
